The 2024 Lee Lester Commons Index Event is here! Greetings and welcome to our fifth local event of 2024! The Commons is located at 1794 E. Baxter Ln, Bozeman, Mt 59718. Driver's meeting is usually around 9:30 am and all drivers need to present for this. If your car needs to be teched or you are unfamiliar with the event location I would suggest getting there around 8:00-8:30 am. This will give you time to walk the course a couple of times. Please bring a lunch so we can minimize downtime. This will be a index event in memory of our dearly missed fellow competitor Lee Lester. The index event is run using the same exact course - down to the millimeter - from last year so you can judge if those $$ coil-overs or new tires are doing you any good! Lee Lestor had made just about every index event and sadly passed away in 2023. Lee, we miss you.
Due to the growing residential area at Black Bull we will be having to start controlling the sound level of our events. It is our plan to have a 95db sound level for competeing vehicles. If you are usure what your car's sound level is please contact us and we will help. Vehicles with over 95 db will not be able to run at the event location.
Join Southwest Montana region for a fun day of timed competition at The Commons west of Bozeman. This will be the famous INDEX event. What is The Famous Index Event. Well, every year we run a identical course at the Commons to help evaluate your improvement from last year. Bragging rights if you improve!
Online registration ONLY. There will be NO on-site registration OR waiver signing.
We ask that you follow current mask and distancing guidlines.
Please, do not attend if you are unwell in any way. Again, no exceptions.
We have implemented Speedwaiver for this event in lieu of the paper one. Please click the link below to sign.
